Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation with the order details.
If you don’t receive an email, please check your spam/junk folders, or contact us and we can confirm your order.
All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We have big hearts and pretty strong backs, but only a few hands - not to mention our farm is out in the country; therefore, we only ship orders every Tuesday and Thursday. You will receive an order confirmation email initially, then a order shipment email (with tracking number) after your purchase is on route.
We ship with Canada Post – and they tell us most packages across Canada are shipped within 3 – 7 days. But Canada Post indicates some packages may take up to 14 days if you live in a more remote area.
If you need to adjust your order, contact us immediately! Sorry, we will not be able to make changes after the order has been packaged for shipment. Also, please double check the address you have provided is correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you re-submit the order.
Changed your mind? Sorry to hear that! Please reach out to us and if the order has not been finalized for shipment, we will provide you a full refund.
If your package arrives damaged, let us know. We will find out the culprit who did this, and make them pay! Actually that’s too much, just email curtis@greenislandfarming.ca and include a few photos. All of our packages are tracked and insured, so we will make sure to get things right for you.
Returns? Yes, we may offer that. If within 7 days of your order arriving, you are not happy with our product, let us know so we can straighten things out. We handle each situation case by case, and will contact you directly. We may also ask for photos or the product to be returned so we can inspect and re-test. The cost of shipping is non-refundable.
